The most technically challenging plant-based product to engineer — egg's multifunctional role as binder, leavener, emulsifier, and coagulant must all be replicated simultaneously. Enimigo's Vegan Egg uses high-protein chickpea isolate and aquafaba to achieve functional parity across all applications — omelettes, baked goods, and industrial food manufacturing.
Enimigo Vegan Meat uses High Moisture Extrusion (HME) technology to create fibrous, texturised plant protein with authentic bite, chew, and mouthfeel. Formulated specifically for Indian cuisine — vegan chicken tikka, keema, seekh kebab, and nuggets — designed to perform in a tandoor, curry, or street food stall without compromise.
The global leather goods market exceeds $400 billion annually — facing mounting ESG pressure from investors, luxury conglomerates, and consumers. Enimigo is developing bio-based leather from mycelium, pineapple leaf fibre, and cactus — all from India's existing agricultural waste streams. Division 04 then manufactures finished vegan leather products — footwear, fashion accessories, automotive interiors, and corporate gifting.
