About Bergamot Oil
Bergamot oil is the flavouring essence of Earl Grey tea. The oil is cold-pressed from the rind of the bergamot orange. In perfumery, bergamot is the most widely used citrus note — present in nearly half of all perfumes globally. India processes bergamot and cultivates limited quantities for the fragrance and flavouring industry.
