About Cardamom Oleoresin
Cardamom oleoresin captures both the volatile (aroma) and non-volatile (flavour precursor) components of green cardamom in a single concentrated product. Provides 15–20x concentration over whole cardamom for consistent, precise flavouring in confectionery, beverages and processed foods. Preferred by food manufacturers over ground cardamom for guaranteed batch consistency.
