About Red Chilli Oleoresin
Red chilli oleoresin combines both the colour (capsanthin/capsorubin) and the heat (capsaicin) of red chillies in a single standardised extract. Used in seasonings, meat processing and snack coatings where both colour and heat contributions are desired simultaneously. The ratio of colour to heat can be customised by choice of chilli variety used.
