About Coriander Oil
Coriander seed oil has a surprisingly delicate, citrusy-sweet aroma dominated by linalool (60–80%), making it closer in character to lavender or bergamot than to raw coriander leaves. This makes it highly versatile for both fragrance and flavouring applications. It is the second botanical (after juniper) in gin production.
Health Benefits
- Linalool provides documented anxiolytic and sedative effects
- Carminative — relieves digestive spasms and improves comfort
- Antimicrobial and antifungal against common pathogens
- Antioxidant compounds protect cellular health
Culinary & Industrial Uses
- Fine fragrance as a floral-citrus middle note in perfumery
- Food flavouring for gin (coriander is the second botanical after juniper)
- Digestive pharmaceutical preparations and herbal medicine
- Natural cosmetics and personal care with fresh herbal notes
Processing & Grades
Steam distillation of mature Eagle-grade seeds. Linalool minimum 60% by GC-MS. Available for food, cosmetic and pharmaceutical applications. Certificate of analysis with every batch.
