About Ginger Oil
Ginger essential oil (from steam distillation) contains primarily sesquiterpene hydrocarbons (zingiberene, bisabolene). The oil has excellent aromatherapy applications for nausea and morning sickness — inhalation is particularly effective. For higher gingerol content for anti-inflammatory applications, the oleoresin is the recommended product.
