About Kokam Oil
Kokam butter (also called Goa butter) is cold-pressed from the seeds of Garcinia indica. Unlike most vegetable oils, kokam butter is a solid fat at room temperature — similar to shea or cocoa butter. High stearic acid content makes it excellent for skin formulations and as a cocoa butter equivalent in chocolate manufacturing.

- Garcinol — unique anti-inflammatory compound with research interest
- Antioxidant properties protect skin from environmental damage
- Emollient and skin-softening without greasiness when applied
