About Thyme Oil
Thyme essential oil in its thymol chemotype contains 40–60% thymol and is one of the strongest natural antimicrobial essential oils known. Thymol is a WHO-listed antiseptic and the active ingredient in Listerine mouthwash. The gentler linalool chemotype is more suitable for cosmetic applications. Multiple chemotypes available.
