About Ajwain
Ajwain (carom seeds) have been used in Ayurveda for over 3,000 years. Their primary active compound is thymol — an intense antiseptic giving them flavour stronger than most herbs. Native to the Indian subcontinent and indispensable in North Indian bread-making and deep-frying traditions.
