About Cambodge

Cambodge is the smoke-dried rind of Garcinia cambogia native to India's Western Ghats. Called kudampuli in Kerala, it is the traditional souring agent in Kerala fish curry. Globally known as the source of Hydroxycitric Acid (HCA) — a popular weight management supplement ingredient.
