About Amla
Amla (Indian Gooseberry) is one of the most important herbs in Ayurveda — it is a key ingredient in the famous Triphala formulation and Chyawanprash. Amla contains the highest natural Vitamin C concentration of any fruit — approximately 600–900 mg per 100g, which is 20x that of oranges. The Vitamin C in amla is heat-stable due to tannins that protect it during processing.
