About Celery Seed
Celery seeds are tiny but incredibly aromatic — a concentrated, more intense version of the celery stalk. Used since ancient Egypt for medicinal purposes, they are essential in European pickling traditions and Indian snack seasoning. Also an important source of natural dietary nitrates for processed food manufacturing.
