About Coriander
One of the oldest documented spices — found in ancient Egyptian tombs and mentioned in Sanskrit texts over 3,000 years ago. India is the world's largest producer of coriander seeds. The seeds have a completely different flavour from the leaves — warm, citrusy and earthy — essential in curry powder and garam masala.
