About Fenugreek
Fenugreek seeds have a paradoxical flavour — bitter raw but deeply aromatic and complex when cooked. The characteristic maple syrup aroma comes from sotolon. Found in Tutankhamun's tomb. India is the world's largest producer. The seeds are used medicinally, culinarily and cosmetically.
