About Garlic Powder
Garlic powder provides the allicin precursors of fresh garlic in a convenient, concentrated form ideal for food manufacturing. Meekoo's garlic powder is produced from high-solid varieties (Madhuri single-clove from MP), dehydrated at low temperature to preserve alliin content which converts to allicin when rehydrated in cooking.
