About Greater Galanga
Greater Galanga looks similar to ginger but has a distinctly different, more complex flavour — citrusy, piney and sharper. Essential to Thai, Indonesian and Malaysian cuisines. Also an important Ayurvedic herb brought to medieval Europe by Arab traders as a gourmet spice.
