About Hyssop
Hyssop is a semi-evergreen herb known since biblical times. Used in European liqueurs including Chartreuse and Benedictine, herbal teas and traditional medicine. Grows in Kashmir and Himachal Pradesh. The essential oil is used in perfumery and pharmaceutical preparations for respiratory conditions.
