About Lovage
Lovage is a tall perennial herb cultivated in India's cooler Himalayan regions. Every part — leaves, seeds, stems and roots — is edible and aromatic. Used extensively in ancient Roman cuisine (Apicius includes multiple lovage recipes). Has become rare in modern cooking outside Central Europe.
