About Stevia

Stevia is a plant-derived natural sweetener that is 200–400x sweeter than sucrose, with zero calories and a zero glycemic index. Originally from Paraguay, it is now cultivated in India. The sweet compounds — steviosides and rebaudiosides — are extracted from the leaves and used as a natural sugar replacement in beverages, food products and pharmaceutical preparations globally.
