About Valeriana
Valerian (Valeriana wallichi) — the Indian species of valerian — is one of Ayurveda's primary sedative and sleep-supporting herbs. Known as Tagar in Ayurveda, it has been used for insomnia, anxiety and neurological conditions for centuries.
